One hero's rage, and one friend's death, turn the tide of the greatest war of myth.

When Agamemnon seizes his war-prize, the great Achilles withdraws from the fighting in fury, and the Greeks bleed for his absence. Only the death of his beloved Patroclus at Hector's hands breaks his rage and sends him storming back to battle. He slays Hector before the walls, until old King Priam comes by night to beg back his son's body, and grief meets grief.
