Nyx is Night itself, born from Chaos at the dawn of creation, so ancient and so powerful that even Zeus fears to cross her. From her dark womb come Death and Sleep, the Fates, Doom, Strife and the bright Day. She dwells at the edge of the cosmos and rises each evening to draw her veil of stars across the sky.
