Muninn

Muninn, whose name means memory, is one of Odin's two ravens, paired with Huginn, thought. Each dawn Odin looses them from his shoulders to fly across all nine worlds, and at breakfast they return to murmur into his ear everything they have seen and heard. In Grimnismal Odin confesses his fear that Huginn may not come back, but he dreads more for Muninn. Black-winged and far-flying, the raven carries the All-Father's sight to the ends of the earth and back to Asgard.
