Shezmu

Shezmu is the god of the wine press and of fragrant oils, who serves both as perfumer to the gods and as a butcher of the damned in the underworld. He presses grapes and crushes seeds for sweet oils and unguents, yet the same press that yields red wine he uses to wring the heads of the wicked, squeezing out their blood like juice. One of Egypt's most ancient deities, he appears in the Pyramid Texts feeding slaughtered enemies to the king. Lion-faced and bloody-handed, he is provider and executioner in one, sustaining the blessed dead while destroying the condemned.
