Magni

Magni, whose name means Strength, is the son of Thor and the giantess Jarnsaxa, and the strongest of all the gods. When Thor slays Hrungnir, the dead giant's huge leg pins the unconscious thunder god and no one can shift it; the three-night-old Magni strides up and lifts it free, saying he would have felled the giant with his fist had he come sooner. Thor rewards him with Gullfaxi, Hrungnir's horse. Among the few who survive Ragnarok, Magni and his brother Modi inherit Mjolnir and carry their father's might into the renewed world.
