The Harpe
The adamantine sword used to slay Medusa, curved like a sickle, harder than any mortal metal.
The harpe was a divine sword with a curved, sickle-like blade forged from adamantine, the same near-invincible material from which the Titans' bonds were made. It was given to Perseus by either Hermes or the nymphs, and it was the only weapon capable of severing Medusa's serpent-crowned head without the wielder being turned to stone. Perseus used the reflective surface of a bronze shield to aim, and the harpe to strike.
